Most people will spend the majority of their working lives indoors — inside buildings judged, almost entirely, by cost per square foot. Nova Aurel starts from a different question: how does the building make you feel? Every material, system, and dimension here is chosen for its effect on cognitive focus, physical comfort, and long-term occupant wellness — not for how it photographs from the street.

Origin

It started long before the building.

The philosophy behind Nova Aurel began in academic research into Sick Building Syndrome — how enclosed spaces quietly shape health, focus, and comfort long before anyone notices why a room feels wrong.

That research became a personal, independently driven practice — extending from micro-climate strategy down to the door handle under your palm. Every dimension of the building, from façade orientation to switch-plate placement, traces back to that original question: what does this space do to the person standing in it?

Certifications, when they arrive, confirm a philosophy already built in. They are not the reason for it.

100% fresh, filtered outside air delivered continuously through the day — not recirculated on a timer. CO₂ and particulate levels are monitored floor by floor, so air quality is measured, not assumed.

No shared AHU and thermostat — each tenant floor is independently zoned, so comfort is a decision your team makes.

Daylight & Visual Comfort

The vertical fin façade is a solar-control strategy first — it lets daylight reach deep into the plate while cutting the glare and heat that would otherwise force the blinds shut by noon.

Sound is dampened at the source — façade, service riser, partition — so a call in the next room stays in the next room, and focus isn't a scarce resource.

Sustainability, by Design

Environmental performance is engineered into the building's fundamentals — orientation, envelope, and systems — because it makes the building work better, not because it makes a better checklist. Certification badges will appear here once formally awarded.

Solar-tuned façade orientation and a rooftop solar array reduce common-area energy draw before efficiency measures are even applied.

Rainwater Harvesting

On-site rainwater harvesting and treated water reuse for landscaping reduce dependence on municipal supply.

It must improve comfort, health, focus, movement or everyday experience.

Every material, system and detail must solve a genuine functional or performance need.

Can its value be proven?

Every claim must be supported by design intent, technical evidence or measurable performance.
